Applications
Use as seed disinfectant, textiles, as organic catalyst, as chemical intermediate, as additive in dye binders, as antifouling agent. Also used to control blue-green algae in ponds, lakes, and swimming pools. Also used as an important catalyst to produce 3,3-Dichloro benzine.

Solubility
Soluble in water (0.008g/L). Soluble in hot toluene almost transparency.
