PA1-27226 detects E. coli from bacteria samples. It is reactive to all E.Coli species in the immunogen, plus 0157-H7 and K12 tested by immunoblot, reacts with more then 50 proteins by Western Blot. Escherichia coli (E. coli) are Gram negative enteric bac
