The antibody detects endogenous levels of total SLC19A2 protein. SLC19A2 encodes a thiamin transporter protein. Mutations in this gene cause thiamin-responsive megaloblastic anemia syndrome (TRMA), which is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized b
