Each vial contains premixed reagents (1X TaqMan™ Universal PCR Master Mix, RNase P primers, and FAM™ dye-labeled probe) and template. The ViiA™ 7 System TaqMan™ Low Density Array Instrument Verification RNase P kit must demonstrate the ability to distinguish between 5,000 and 10,000 genomic equivalents with a 99.7% confidence level for a subsequent sample run in a single well.
