Streptavidin Agarose, sedimented bead suspension

The streptavidin conjugated to 4% beaded crosslinked agarose can be used to isolate biotinylated proteins. Additionally, biotinylated antibodies can be bound to streptavidin agarose to generate affinity matrices for the large-scale isolation of antigens.
